Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to build and scale the operational backbone of its go-to-market engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own revenue forecasting, pipeline modeling, and KPI framework establishment
  • Manage CRM architecture and optimize marketing automation and data hygiene
  • Standardize opportunity stages and drive process improvements across teams
Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
  • Proven experience scaling revenue in high-growth environments
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and advanced proficiency with marketing automation tools
  • Strong forecasting, modeling, and pipeline analytics capabilities
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise and/or government sales cycles preferred
