A company is looking for a Director, Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead core Revenue Operations functions across Sales Operations, Client Success Operations, and Deal Desk
• Design, standardize, and improve core go-to-market processes and workflows
• Optimize sales processes and support customer lifecycle management and operational infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related roles, with 2+ years in a leadership position
• Proven experience in standardizing and automating tools and workflows in a SaaS environment
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar data tools
• Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
