Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and optimize systems and processes for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own company-wide revenue forecasting and build accurate models for bookings and churn
  • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and standardize KPI definitions across departments
  • Lead and grow a high-performing Revenue Operations team while ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy roles in a high-growth B2B environment
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing revenue operations teams
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, including CPQ and complex reporting
  • Strong command of forecasting methodologies and revenue modeling
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or MBA
