Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of leadership experience in analytics or operations
• Proven track record in developing strategic capabilities and leading initiatives
• Experience in designing and scaling high-impact operational teams
• Healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required
