Director of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the RevOps strategy and operating model across the revenue organization
• Act as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, onboarding, customer success, finance, and IT
• Lead the GTM AI Transformation Roadmap and ensure data quality and governance standards

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or a closely related function at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience building and scaling RevOps teams
• Data fluency at the query level and hands-on experience with modern GTM tech stack
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI or ML tools in a revenue context
• Understanding of revenue modeling and KPIs that matter
