Job Summary
Director of Revenue Operations, oversees the strategic architecture of the Americas Sales GTM engine in a full-time, salaried role, focusing on forecasting, pipeline management, and providing strategic insights in collaboration with Sales Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support GTM operating cadences and improve accountability with functional leaders
- Own pipeline health and forecast accuracy, driving predictable business outcomes
- Lead GTM planning and manage sales quota frameworks to align incentives with company goals
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a Revenue Operations team
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
- High level of business acumen and understanding of global business context
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to present data compellingly
- Familiarity with tools such as Callidus, Salesforce, PowerBi, and SQL is a plus
