Job Summary
Director of Revenue Operations is a full-time role responsible for leading revenue operations, acting as a strategic advisor to leadership, and ensuring cohesive data-driven go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leadership to define sales territories, quota targets, and incentive structures
- Own revenue data reporting and analytics, maintaining dashboards to track key metrics
- Lead the preparation and delivery of business reviews for senior leadership and the Board
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Management Consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the SaaS industry
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau/Power BI, with advanced Excel/Financial Modeling skills
- Proven ability to design go-to-market strategies that drive measurable revenue growth
- A strong execution-focused mindset with experience managing complex projects across departments
- Exceptional presentation skills for distilling complex data into clear narratives for executives
