Director of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and technically capable leader, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Operations will manage end-to-end billing processes, ensure accurate revenue capture, and drive improvements in cash flow and margin visibility across the 3PL platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own contract-driven billing processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer invoices
• Develop scalable processes and automate billing logic in collaboration with Engineering and Data teams
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and lead collections efforts to improve cash flow

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, billing, finance, or related roles, preferably in logistics or high-volume environments
• Strong understanding of complex billing models and revenue recognition principles (ASC 606)
• Experience with data systems and the ability to design scalable processes and automation
• Proven ability to manage accounts receivable, collections, and cash application processes
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
