Job Summary
To support a growing agritech platform, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Operations will manage the GTM technology stack, lead the revenue operations team, and drive the adoption of AI tools to enhance productivity and reporting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize the end-to-end RevOps tech stack, including Salesforce and Hubspot, ensuring high adoption and integration
- Lead initiatives to embed AI tools into GTM operations, developing playbooks and tracking efficiency metrics
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting models for clear visibility into revenue metrics and forecasting
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy within a B2B SaaS environment
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration and governance, with experience in deploying AI tools in a GTM context
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Finance on forecasting and revenue reporting
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and dashboard creation
- Experience managing a team and collaborating closely with GTM leadership
