Job Summary

Building and owning the RevOps function from the ground up, the full-time Director of Revenue Operations will manage forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and GTM systems while working remotely to ensure the revenue engine is predictable and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end forecast process and drive pipeline hygiene with the sales team
  • Administer the GTM tech stack and establish a single source of truth for pipeline and revenue data
  • Design and document the lead-to-cash process, ensuring clear ownership and compliance across teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company
  • Demonstrated ownership of CRM administration and GTM tech stack management
  • Proven ability to build and run a reliable forecast process
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in BI tools and dashboard creation
  • Comfortable in a builder environment without an existing RevOps team or playbook
