Job Summary
Building and owning the RevOps function from the ground up, the full-time Director of Revenue Operations will manage forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and GTM systems while working remotely to ensure the revenue engine is predictable and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end forecast process and drive pipeline hygiene with the sales team
- Administer the GTM tech stack and establish a single source of truth for pipeline and revenue data
- Design and document the lead-to-cash process, ensuring clear ownership and compliance across teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Demonstrated ownership of CRM administration and GTM tech stack management
- Proven ability to build and run a reliable forecast process
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in BI tools and dashboard creation
- Comfortable in a builder environment without an existing RevOps team or playbook
