Director of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

To serve as the operational anchor for the executive leadership team, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Operations will manage multiple concurrent strategic initiatives across AI, cloud infrastructure, staffing, and alliance partner workstreams, ensuring real-time visibility into programme health and accountability for commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple strategic initiatives, maintaining a real-time portfolio health view for senior leadership
• Own the end-to-end execution lifecycle, ensuring accountability for billing milestones and SOW development
• Act as the central coordination point among sales, alliances, marketing, and external partners, enhancing operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years managing multiple concurrent programmes within a technology, staffing, or managed services environment
• Demonstrated experience with SOW development, vendor coordination, and commercial milestone management
• Background in programme or operational leadership beyond single-project delivery
• Experience supporting staffing, contractor workforce, or managed services programmes alongside GTM delivery
• Familiarity with partner-funded programme structures, including campaign requirement management
