Job Summary
Owning the systems and automation layer that powers client acquisition and retention, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Operations will design and manage the GTM tech stack, implement AI-native workflows, and ensure data integrity across Salesforce while collaborating with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and automation tools, to streamline processes and reduce manual work
- Build AI-assisted workflows and automate data processes to enhance sales team efficiency and improve revenue operations
- Oversee Salesforce data integrity, creating reports and dashboards to analyze pipeline health and revenue trends
Required qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including report building and data management
- Experience with Gong for deal intelligence and coaching
- Demonstrated ability to build automations and integrate multiple tools in a GTM stack
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
