Job Summary
Serving as a strategic partner to the GTM leadership team, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Operations will manage annual planning, quota setting, compensation strategy, and revenue performance reporting to drive operational excellence across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with GTM and executive leadership to drive annual planning, territory design, and organizational capacity planning
- Design and optimize compensation plans and incentive programs that align with company objectives
- Own revenue performance reporting, delivering actionable insights on key business metrics
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related analytical function
- Experience supporting high-growth SaaS or technology companies, preferably in the $25M-$150M ARR range
- Deep expertise in territory design, quota setting, and forecasting
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
