Job Summary
Leading the charge in revenue operations, the full-time salaried Director of Revenue Operations will manage the entire lifecycle of revenue processes, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance productivity and drive revenue growth in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with various departments to design and execute go-to-market strategies while building a world-class revenue operations function
- Oversee revenue operations analytics and reporting for the customer journey, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting
- Lead initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and retention, aligned with key objectives and performance indicators
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, data analytics, or finance/business operations in B2B SaaS markets
- 5+ years of leadership experience with a focus on building operational infrastructure
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and supporting sales and renewal teams
- Ability to create effective teaching materials that simplify complex concepts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with sales professionals
