Job Summary
To design and evolve the revenue operating system across the business, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Operations will drive alignment between sales, customer success, and operations to enhance revenue predictability, productivity, and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of the revenue operations operating model across process, tools & data, and governance
- Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team, ensuring accountability and organizational effectiveness
- Translate executive strategy into scalable systems and measurable execution while serving as the architect of the revenue operating system
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles with strong SaaS industry experience
- Deep expertise in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, MDQ, and Advanced Approvals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience leading platform consolidations and revenue architecture initiatives at scale
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate executive direction into operating models
