Job Summary

To drive alignment and improve revenue outcomes, the full-time salaried Director of Revenue Operations will design and evolve the revenue operating system, leading a high-performing team and ensuring effective execution of commercial objectives in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the design and evolution of the revenue operations operating model across process, tools & data, and governance
  • Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team, driving accountability and organizational effectiveness
  • Translate executive strategy into scalable systems and measurable execution while serving as the architect of the revenue operating system
Required qualifications
  • 8-10 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles with strong SaaS industry experience
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Advanced Approvals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience leading platform consolidations and revenue architecture initiatives at scale
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate executive direction into durable operating models
