Job Summary

Driving revenue growth, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Operations will manage the deal process, enhance operational infrastructure, and oversee forecasting and pipeline management while collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, and various cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the deal process from opportunity to signed agreement, ensuring clarity in roles and timelines
  • Manage HubSpot as the system of record, ensuring data integrity and CRM hygiene across teams
  • Lead the forecasting process and develop a planning model to support revenue projections and scenario analysis
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot, including workflows, deal pipelines, and reporting
  • Experience managing an end-to-end deal process with cross-functional coordination
  • Strong analytical skills for building models and dashboards that inform decision-making
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve process friction effectively
