Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the remote Director of Revenue Operations will architect and optimize systems and processes that drive revenue growth, while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance operational efficiency and data governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a comprehensive RevOps roadmap aligned with company growth targets
- Develop accurate revenue models and orchestrate planning cycles with cross-functional teams
- Streamline revenue workflows and establish a unified analytics framework for performance tracking
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations within a B2B environment
- Proven success in building and scaling RevOps functions, including forecasting and reporting
- Deep experience in SaaS/subscription models with mastery of NRR, GRR, and churn dynamics
- Expert-level proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
