Job Summary

To support a growing revenue organization, the full-time Director of Revenue Operations will lead a team to provide financial and performance visibility throughout the customer lifecycle, driving predictable revenue through actionable insights and strategic planning in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and instrument the GTM bowtie model across the customer lifecycle from lead awareness to activation
  • Partner with Sales and Post-sales operations to drive the GTM planning cycle, including capacity models and quota setting
  • Deliver actionable insights on AE productivity, conversion rates, and deal velocity while measuring forecast accuracy for the executive team
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Finance, or Consulting, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
  • Proven success working cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
