Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction for revenue growth, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Operations will manage forecasting, financial visibility, and performance insights across the customer lifecycle while collaborating with commercial leaders to optimize sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the GTM bowtie model for the customer lifecycle from lead awareness to activation
- Collaborate with Sales and Post-sales operations to drive the GTM planning cycle, including capacity models and quota setting
- Deliver actionable insights on AE productivity, conversion rates, and deal velocity to enhance revenue performance
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Finance, or Consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration to achieve revenue targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Excellent analytical skills to measure forecast accuracy and pipeline predictability
