Job Summary
As the first Director of Revenue Operations, this full-time remote position will build and scale the commercial operating foundation, managing systems, processes, and reporting to enable efficient execution and data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own the Revenue Operations function, including processes, systems, reporting, and operating cadence across the commercial organization
- Own pipeline management and forecast production, partnering with executive leadership to develop board-ready presentations and strategic reports
- Establish scalable deal desk processes and manage recurring commercial operating cadences, including pipeline and forecast reviews
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations within a healthcare tech startup environment
- Demonstrated experience in CRM administration and optimization, preferably with HubSpot
- Proven track record in building forecasting processes and pipeline management frameworks
- Deep understanding of commercial operating models and revenue lifecycle management
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with strong executive presence
