Job Summary

Leading the Revenue Operations function, the full-time Director of Revenue Operations will manage systems, data infrastructure, and forecasting processes to drive operational efficiency and support enterprise revenue growth in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Own CRM architecture and data governance, building scalable analytics frameworks for revenue metrics
  • Design and manage revenue forecasting processes while leading pipeline reviews and establishing reporting infrastructure
  • Provide strategic oversight for Deal Desk and Enablement functions, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Required qualifications
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in Revenue Operations or related roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position
  • Experience building Revenue Operations infrastructure in high growth SaaS, PaaS, or infrastructure companies
  • Deep CRM expertise, preferably with Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, revenue metrics, and GTM analytics
  • Active use of AI tools for operational efficiency and forecasting workflows
