Job Summary
To build scalable revenue operations, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Operations will manage operational systems, optimize revenue processes, and lead a small team while leveraging AI and automation to enhance productivity and forecasting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable sales systems and processes across various tools, ensuring consistency and reducing friction
- Own pipeline health and funnel optimization by monitoring deal velocity, conversion rates, and maintaining data quality
- Lead the adoption of AI-driven insights and workflows to improve sales efficiency and reduce manual work
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of revenue/sales operations experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Advanced skills in HubSpot, including custom properties and automation
- Familiarity with AI tools like Gong AI and HubSpot AI
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and funnel analysis
- Experience in sales compensation design and understanding of quota mechanics
