Job Summary
Owning Customer Experience Operations and Partner Operations, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Operations will manage scalable systems, support sales operations, and leverage AI tools to enhance operational efficiency across customer success and partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement operational systems for Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Renewals, focusing on reducing manual work and improving process efficiency
- Establish and maintain the operational infrastructure for the partner ecosystem, providing visibility into partner performance and program ROI
- Support core sales operations, including pipeline hygiene and forecasting, while collaborating with sales leadership on strategic analyses
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in operational roles at SaaS companies
- 5+ years supporting Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and/or Renewals teams
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable business systems (e.g., CRM, support tooling)
- Demonstrated hands-on use of AI in systems work or analytics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
