Job Summary
To support a growing AI-powered SaaS company, the full-time salaried Director of Revenue Operations will manage and optimize marketing and sales operations, including Salesforce administration, marketing automation, and KPI reporting, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring clean data and compliance across CRM and marketing systems
- Serve as the primary Salesforce CRM administrator, supporting sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Monitor KPIs across the revenue funnel and build dashboards for reporting to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience building marketing and sales operations infrastructure during periods of high growth
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent hands-on admin experience
- Deep expertise in marketing automation systems, with experience in HubSpot preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
