Job Summary
Owning Customer Experience Operations and Partner Operations, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Operations will manage operational systems for Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and drive data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable operational systems for Customer Success and Partner ecosystems, minimizing manual processes and improving efficiency
- Support core sales operations, including pipeline management and CRM workflow improvements, while collaborating with sales leadership on strategic analyses
- Utilize AI tools to enhance systems design and analytics, creating self-serve reporting that empowers business leaders
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in operational roles at SaaS companies, with at least 5 years supporting Customer Success or related teams
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable business systems (e.g., CRM, support tools)
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI in operational and analytical work
- Strong track record of translating operational work into measurable business value
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; legal eligibility to work in the United States
