Director of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

Driving business performance through strategic analytics and operational excellence, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Operations will develop executive reporting, improve forecasting accuracy, and implement scalable programs that enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and business performance insights
• Build forecasting models and performance measurement frameworks to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving process improvements, systems enhancements, and operational transformation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Finance, or Consulting
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience building forecasting models and executive dashboards
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
