Director of Revenue Operations
Job Summary
Owning GTM analytics and forecasting, the remote Director of Revenue Operations will manage sales performance reporting, drive operational alignment across the organization, and partner with leadership to enhance revenue processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Own GTM analytics and reporting to provide leadership with visibility into pipeline and sales performance
- Lead the forecasting process, improving accuracy and predictability through model development
- Drive the reporting cadence for GTM functions, including business reviews and performance dashboards
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in revenue operations, GTM analytics, or a related field
- Experience owning forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics for a GTM organization
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for developing and managing queries across CRM and data warehouses
- Experience driving annual planning cycles and contributing to operating reviews and board decks
- Familiarity with CRM and analytics systems, ideally Salesforce
