Director of Revenue Operations
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Director of Revenue Operations & Business Intelligence, this remote position will manage the company's revenue operations framework, develop forecasting methodologies, and create executive dashboards to enhance decision-making and performance insights across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the revenue operations and business intelligence framework to ensure visibility into revenue performance and key commercial drivers
- Develop and govern forecasting methodologies and commercial KPIs to improve accuracy and accountability
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for executive leadership
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, or commercial analytics
- 3+ years of experience leading executive reporting and KPI development
- Strong knowledge of CRM and analytics platforms
- Demonstrated ability to create executive dashboards and reporting standards
