Job Summary
Driving the commercial operating model, the full-time salaried Director of Revenue Process Strategy will design and optimize sales processes and systems, ensuring alignment with go-to-market strategies while utilizing AI-driven insights to enhance revenue growth and customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve end-to-end sales processes, leveraging AI insights for optimization
- Lead the governance of core commercial workflows and maintain process standards across teams
- Serve as the primary administrator of CRM and sales platforms, ensuring integration and usability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales technology platforms
