Director of Revenue Recognition

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Recognition to lead and oversee critical accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end revenue recognition process, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and related standards
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity, while optimizing treasury policies and controls
• Lead the administration of commission plans, ensuring timely calculations and compliance with policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606, and revenue recognition principles
• Experience managing treasury operations and commission structures is a plus
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
