Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in managing Renewals, Partner, or Customer Success teams, preferably in cybersecurity
- Proven success in building Customer or Partner Success teams and defining best practices
- Strong leadership and performance management skills
- Excellent organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in data-driven decision-making to enhance partner satisfaction and revenue growth
