Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in managing Renewals, Partner, or Customer Success teams, preferably in cybersecurity
  • Proven success in building Customer or Partner Success teams and defining best practices
  • Strong leadership and performance management skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making to enhance partner satisfaction and revenue growth
