Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Strategy & Planning to oversee the operating model for a core B2B business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement growth strategies, including modeling targets and defining the sales funnel
- Analyze performance data to inform decisions and enhance the sales process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, to execute go-to-market plans
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in revenue functions, with 5+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or related roles in B2B or B2B2C environments
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record in building and owning go-to-market plans for SMB and Mid-Market sales teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting models and pipeline reviews
- Experience working cross-functionally to implement go-to-market decisions
