Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Strategy and Innovation in Specialty Pharmacy Contracting & Payer Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct enterprise-level functions impacting revenue performance and implement strategies for specialty pharmacy and pharmacy benefit contracting
  • Oversee team outputs, lead projects, and drive operational and analytic processes to support revenue growth
  • Negotiate payer and PBM contracts, enhance specialty pharmacy network participation, and develop strategies to improve prescription capture
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum five years in a professional role within a healthcare organization, with three years in the specific functional area
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field
  • Experience in payer contracting across medical and/or pharmacy benefits
  • Outstanding skills in team leadership and stakeholder relationship management
  • Proven ability to manage strategic, financial, and technical elements of the function
