Job Summary

Driving the transformation of revenue operations, the full-time salaried Director of Revenue Strategy will design and optimize sales processes and systems, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and leveraging AI insights to enhance performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and continuously improve end-to-end sales processes, utilizing data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies and inform strategy
  • Lead the governance of commercial workflows and maintain process standards across teams and regions
  • Serve as the primary administrator of CRM and sales platforms, ensuring integration and providing training for the Sales organization
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations, with at least 3 years in an MSP or IT services environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales technology platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics for process and performance improvements
  • Proven success in designing and scaling commercial operating models
