Job Summary
As a strategic financial leader, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Strategy (FP&A) will drive revenue planning, growth analysis, and executive decision support across multiple products and service lines, partnering with Sales and Executive leadership to shape long-term growth strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead enterprise revenue planning and long-range growth modeling across all business lines
- Serve as the strategic finance partner to Sales and Executive Leadership, assessing the financial impact of pricing strategies and market expansion
- Establish scalable forecasting methodologies and performance metrics to improve business decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance, with significant ownership of revenue forecasting and planning
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams
- Experience leading revenue forecasting within a complex, multi-product business
- Strong systems and technical proficiency, including experience with FP&A and planning tools
