Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution of the Salesforce platform, the full-time Director of Revenue Systems will lead the Revenue Systems team in enhancing the technology foundation for the Go-to-Market organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategy, architecture, and execution of the Salesforce platform and broader Revenue Systems ecosystem
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, enhancing the technical and operational maturity of the function
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions and improve system reliability and performance
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading Salesforce or Revenue Systems teams in high-growth SaaS organizations
- Deep Salesforce expertise, including hands-on experience with complex Salesforce solutions and platform architecture
- Experience managing Salesforce developers or systems engineers while driving technical execution
- Strong product thinking and systems design skills to build scalable, maintainable solutions
- Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and experience evaluating their impact on internal operations
