Director of RFP Management

Job Summary

Driving the growth of the RFP Response program, the full-time Director of RFP Management will oversee all deliverables related to Rate Enablement and Visibility, collaborating with various teams to enhance processes and improve performance, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Define strategy and operational direction for RFP Response and rate load submissions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Manage resources and seasonal planning to optimize response, bid, and acceptance rates throughout the year
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for corporate RFP performance, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives

Required qualifications:

• A minimum of eight years of experience in process administration and/or operations management, preferably in the hotel or travel management sectors
• Working knowledge of RFP platforms and technologies such as Cvent/Lanyon, ReadyBid, and Salesforce
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• A BA/BS degree is required; an advanced business degree and PMP certification are preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively
