Job Summary
Director of Rheumatology Marketing is a full-time position responsible for leading the commercial strategy development for late-stage clinical programs, including launch and commercialization efforts across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of launch and commercialization strategies for key global markets
- Build an integrated global indication brand strategy and oversee the cross-functional Indication Commercialization Team
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy adjustments and manage the global commercial budget
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree with 10+ years of marketing experience
- 5+ years in global strategic marketing/commercial roles, with 3+ years in in-market or regional commercial leadership
- Global brand launch and commercialization expertise, particularly for pipeline products
- MBA in business or health sciences or additional education in biology, chemistry, or life sciences preferred
- Deep understanding of (auto)immune and rare diseases, with experience in Rheumatology preferred
