Director of Risk Analytics
Job Summary
Leading a team in a remote full-time capacity, the Director of Risk Analytics will manage analytics for evaluating financial and quality performance in risk-based partnerships, collaborating closely with finance, program innovation, and actuarial teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee analytics partnerships and strategic approaches for risk partnerships and value-based care models
- Analyze performance trends in capitated risk partnerships and assist in developing budgets and forecasts
- Manage and mentor team members while communicating insights to internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or healthcare focus
- At least 5 years of experience in claims-based healthcare analytics
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare claims and reimbursement methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL or SAS
- Prior people management experience
