Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director Risk and Responsible AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns and plans risk/review processes for AI solutions across the enterprise
• Designs risk and model validation plans with milestones and independent verification
• Works with stakeholders to assess value and risks associated with business problems solvable by AI techniques

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Operations Research
• 10+ years of machine learning and data science experience in high-growth companies
• 5+ years of management experience hiring and developing AI/ML teams
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as AIML NIST Framework and HIPAA
• Experience with large-language models (LLMs) and building production-grade machine learning deployments
