Director of Risk & Fraud

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product, Risk & Fraud, Payments Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for a unified Risk & Fraud engine across global payment modalities
• Partner with the Director of Credit Risk to automate credit-scoring models and real-time account monitoring
• Build real-time rule engines and ML-driven decisioning for fraud detection and integrate relevant tools into the checkout flow

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, with 5+ years in Risk, Fraud, or Identity in a Fintech/Payments environment
• Understanding of payment platform mechanics, including API latency and feature engineering for ML models
• Ability to bridge Business Risk and scalable product requirements effectively
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for data querying and validation
• Experience in managing product adjustments under pressure during security incidents
