Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing a comprehensive risk management strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Mentoring and coaching team members while defining and monitoring KPIs and SLAs for the Risk & Underwriting team
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and overseeing audits and engagements with relevant stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Risk & Underwriting within payments or financial services
• Deep knowledge of credit risk, merchant underwriting, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to make informed decisions while balancing speed and precision
• Experience managing ambiguity and building clear processes
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven insights
