Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operational & Technology Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary risk advisor to operational and technology leaders, ensuring effective risk identification and management
• Embed resilient and secure-by-design practices across platforms while collaborating with engineering and operations teams
• Monitor regulatory trends and cyber threats, providing strategic advice to leadership and promoting a risk-aware culture

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational or technology risk management within a large global SaaS or technology company
• Experience with cloud computing, preferably AWS, and modern technology operating models
• Knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, and Resilience-by-design practices
• Familiarity with best practice frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and SOC2
• Background in operational risk, technology controls, and incident management
