Director of Risk Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, InterSYNC Program Control Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the risk management framework and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and provide expertise to enhance the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program
• Manage documentation and record-keeping for risk management programs and support third-party audit requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required
• 3+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Loan Review, Risk Management, or Audit functions in the banking or financial services industry
• 0-2 years of auditing or risk management certification preferred
• Understanding of governance, banking regulations, and risk management frameworks
• Knowledge of operational risk management techniques and control assessment methodologies preferred
