Director of Risk Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Issuer Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to identify and evaluate fraud risks related to financial products, escalating significant issues as necessary
• Advise senior management on risk management issues and develop analytics and reports on the fraud environment
• Oversee fraud investigations and collaborate with law enforcement when required

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fraud risk management for debit, credit, or prepaid card portfolios
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to perform and teach complex analysis
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and build consensus
• Experience in designing and implementing process-driven solutions for efficiency
• BA in business or related field with 12+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a management role
