Director of Risk Management

Job Summary

Leading the maturation of risk management and resilience capabilities, the full-time remote Director of Risk Management will develop and execute risk strategies, establish governance structures, and conduct risk assessments across various domains to support informed business decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's risk management strategy, framework, and operating model
• Establish risk governance, methodology, and reporting structures while leading risk assessments
• Build and lead a global team of risk professionals and oversee operational resilience governance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in risk management, cybersecurity risk, internal audit, or related disciplines
• Experience building or leading risk programs within a technology or SaaS company
• Strong understanding of COSO, ISO 31000, FAIR, NIST, and related frameworks
• CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CIA, CRM, or equivalent certifications preferred
