Director of Royalty Finance

Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Sr. Director of Royalty Finance will manage royalty payments and product data strategy, ensuring accurate financial operations and compliance while driving process improvements and collaboration across departments.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the team responsible for timely and accurate contributor payments and updating royalty models
• Build and scale new processes by understanding Cengage's systems, tools, and strategic direction
• Coordinate data setups across content data systems and collaborate with various business and finance leaders for accurate reporting

Required qualifications:

• A four-year college degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in corporate leadership or professional services organizations
• Preferred experience with SAP, PIM, and Vistex
• 3+ years of people management and development experience
• Proven success in data analysis and managing complex projects from conception to implementation
