Job Summary

The full-time remote Director of RPAS Growth will drive revenue growth across Retirement Plan Advisory Services (RPAS) by managing advisor engagement, internal wholesaling, and executing new business initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own RPAS revenue growth outcomes, including pipeline development and conversion rates
  • Serve as primary liaison to financial advisors, providing tools and training to enhance their engagement and sales capabilities
  • Establish processes for referral generation and maintain CRM pipeline reporting for accountability metrics
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in retirement plan advisory, institutional sales, or wealth/benefits consulting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employer-sponsored retirement plans and fiduciary considerations
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving revenue growth targets
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
