Job Summary
The full-time remote Director of RPAS Growth will drive revenue growth across Retirement Plan Advisory Services (RPAS) by managing advisor engagement, internal wholesaling, and executing new business initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Own RPAS revenue growth outcomes, including pipeline development and conversion rates
- Serve as primary liaison to financial advisors, providing tools and training to enhance their engagement and sales capabilities
- Establish processes for referral generation and maintain CRM pipeline reporting for accountability metrics
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in retirement plan advisory, institutional sales, or wealth/benefits consulting
- Demonstrated knowledge of employer-sponsored retirement plans and fiduciary considerations
- Proven track record in business development and achieving revenue growth targets
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
