Job Summary
Leading the ShipperGuide TMS team, the full-time remote Director of SaaS Sales will manage a personal sales quota, develop and scale the sales team, and drive end-to-end sales strategy and revenue growth while maximizing cross-sell opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry and achieve personal annual sales quota while managing a pipeline of new and expansion opportunities
- Develop and execute a unified go-to-market strategy to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
- Establish repeatable sales processes and ensure consistent adoption of tools and reporting standards
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years in SaaS TMS sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role with direct quota-carrying responsibility
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals while leading a team to exceed ARR targets
- Experience in selling within supply chain, logistics, or transportation industries
- Strong operational discipline with the ability to build scalable sales processes
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and sales analytics tools
